Temar Leath
Class |
Full-Fledged Ethereal |
Analysis |
For Temar to have slipped this far in the rankings, he must be vulnerable. Now I am not going to get too ahead of myself because his position is still in the Top 10, but everybody seems to have moved past the emotionally unstable antagonist who wants to destroy the universe. I wonder if there is an angle to play here that I can leverage for the benefit of Mother's Aristocracy. |
-
Callisto
Class |
Full-Fledged Ethereal |
Analysis |
A big part to this Top 10 is the unpredictability of its fighters. Callisto takes the cake here because I pretty much know where all of the rest stand, but I have no idea of what her endgame is. Even speculation would result in a dangerous underestimation. I will let things settle a little bit before I decide to tangle with her directly, and indirectly, I will watch my step. |
-
Crux
Affiliation |
Pillorian Regime |
Class |
Stronger than an Ethereal |
Analysis |
Sometimes a fighter needs to lose in order to win. As defeatist as this sounds, I would not put too much stock in that solitary loss in light of the results and the fact that Crux has the strength of an Ethereal although he is not an Ethereal. |
-
Acro
Title |
Crimson Red Belt 2 of 3, Enforcers Leader 4 of 6 |
Class |
Stronger than an Ethereal |
Analysis |
So, Acro finally made his move. The complexion of our struggle is always changing, and I'd be foolish to believe that he's boxed in because he happened to have made a whole host of enemies with mutual aims to stop him as a result of his recent success. In many respects, the added pressure and gravely increased stakes of being cornered are sure to make the Crimson Red Belt desperate, but this is assuming that he didn't have viable and powerful backup in the first place. |
-
Lieutenant Marileva Dike-Sims
Affiliation |
Vigil Force(s) |
Title |
Crimson Red Belt 1 of 3, Doran Aristocracy Queen 3 of 3 |
Class |
Stronger than an Ethereal |
Analysis |
Marileva was the first person to ever defeat Master Dyoogie, and she has not slowed down since. Outpacing her predecessors at an unprecedented rate, I wonder if she plans on making a play for that #1 slot, but again, Spyrul is the mysterious wild card, and I do not envision her playing the leapfrog card just yet. Regardless, the Doran Queen and her King have done some noteworthy and an otherwise substantial amount of damage throughout the universe. And despite all of this, I am not the only person who happens to be gunning for her - which, of course, she knows. What nobody seems to know, however, is her weakness. One thing is for sure: Pissing this woman off is not going to be one of them. Being down one general, some might think that the strategic defecit gives her detractors a much needed edge. I don't know about that though. |
-
Edmund Sims
Affiliation |
Vigil Force(s) |
Class |
Stronger than an Ethereal |
Analysis |
Okay, now this guy's offense is suspect - comparatively speaking. I do not have this Edmund thing figured out, but he has shown that he can be trained and is intelligently submissive to Marileva. Although, it does not seem like she took a whole lot of convincing from her husband to allow him to share their bed with, as this report is saying.., two laptops and one desktop! That...is power. Edmund and Marileva truly are in love. I can definitely envy the dynamics of the two's arrangement which sustains them, hoping that myself and Sylvia achieve something even remotely close to that one day. |

Notes |
If 4 and 6 are successful at trying or beating the block 1d4 roll, Dyoogie steals the initiative. |
|
5 results in a 1d12 deduction from hit points due to fatigue. |
|
4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 allow for kept initiative if successful. |
Analysis |
There sure are a lot of Crimson Red Belts rounding out the Top 10. I should really do something about that. |
-
Sheol
Class |
Stronger than an Ethereal |
Analysis |
One would think that, in wielding the power of creation, I'd rank a little bit higher on this list. But that's the thing - I wield it yet haven't really used it. Destruction has been more my thing, and that's only a weighted value in the plain of existence. I guess the other thing is that the people who happen to be ahead of me deserve to be there, so I'm honored to just be in the Top 10 and humbled by the fact that I now, too, am a target. |

Domina
Affiliation |
Mega Maze Industries |
Analysis |
I've been meaning to say that I'm impressed with Domina. She's shown incredible resilience and improvement and worked her way steadily up this list to even more prominence and respectability. Well, the cat's out the bag, so that only makes her an even larger target than before. With such a great outing recently, and her interesting mastery of Four-Dimensional Strategy, it was just a matter of time before the superheroine cracked the Top 15. Although, my scouts are telling me that she's fallen off their radar. If I were from Buffalo Grove, or Earth for that matter, I wouldn't be worried because true forces of influence like her have a way of willing things to remain in proper order - even during a protracted absence. And much was made about the succession to being Buffalo Grove's sole champion once Dyoogie left, but there are reasons. Reasons concerning power. Reasons concerning grit. Reasons concerning intelligence. Reasons concerning deservedness. And I'd imagine, reasons concerning contingency: Wouldn't you like to see Dyoogie Versus Domina? I know I would.... |
-
Kurg
Affiliation |
Pillorian Regime |
Analysis |
Kurg should really be higher up on this list than where he currently stands. What he's accomplished in holding the Pillorian Regime energy signature at bay while mastering his own Rond abilities to a slow drip that keeps the enormity of the pressure of those numerous souls from tearing him apart is impressive. He'd crack the Top 10 easily, but his power happens to be his greatest crutch. Now, I'm sure the Ethereals would not give him any more power than necessary because they know exactly the game that he's trying to pull. Heck, they can count the souls that he's been hording and refuses to allow to cross over to them to know this fact alone! But a part of me also thinks that they are increasing the power that they give him in order for him to be off balance and constantly seeking more in order to keep the battling forces within him at bay. Simply put, without his power, he's nothing - which is the same of most, but the Top 10 looks upon power differently. It's more a tool, and not the lead. Power for the sake of itself is dangerous gambit that the user has no control over as its demands are seductive with that carrot out in front on the stick. Nope, his greatest threat is not the purple energy signature that's nipping at his own soul or those of his collection which seeks to consume him. It's himself. I mean, my gosh, how much do you need to save your people, and when will you start?! That wake-up call always is abrupt.... And the thing is that he has help. Ronds stick together, and former adversaries will continue to try to keep this guy from getting himself killed. |

Pang
Analysis |
A lot is really being made of how Dyoogie affects the people he comes in contact with. There's a certain level of charisma that the Crimson Red Belt has which draws friend and foe alike to him. With that said, Pang is very, very adept (himself) at bringing together the right people for the purpose of righting perhaps one of the greatest wrongs that was perpetrated against him when his pueblo was destroyed. Sure, he turned all bitter, psychotic, and terrorist - but that wasn't everything. I'm willing to bet the terrorist brought together those mercenaries and Dyoogie, in unintended hindsight, to form an unofficial surrogate family - even for the ninja. And families don't just part after one eBook.... |
-
Juggles
Analysis |
Oh...my...gosh is this guy going to be pissed off! |
-
Cami Noma
Analysis |
Yes, Cami's ranking on this list comes as a surprise to me as well. I've tried to have my Shokan scouts gather additional information on her, but it came as no surprise to me when they didn't return. Perhaps, this is justification enough for her ceding. Power like hers is rare, and to invite its use is to go stepping with death. Those who she holds in the highest regard know of her abilities and truly don't fear her. Hmm, unconditional love - although somewhat inverted: What's on the inside is vile, so it's her outward appearance that counts. |
-
Slorg Queen
Analysis | Quantity begets quality for the Slorgs, but I suspect that the Slorg Queen's species is running up against the law of diminishing returns. |
-
Scux
Affiliation |
RefCo, Dyoogie Gang |
Analysis |
What is with the power levels on these Dyoogie Gang people? Where does this stem from? Anyway, Scux is what, in sports, we'd call a beast. He could quite possibly hold his own against anybody in the Top 25, but he's also fiercely loyal to somebody much weaker than him - in Ref. What exactly is that about? It's quite obviously a debt. Maybe he just takes pride in his work and doesn't apply himself to larger challenges. I'm not sure, but I find it no less intriguing. That's why his linking up with the Dyoogie Gang is so interesting. At a level, they understand him, and he understands them - so a void is being filled. Of that gap, I'm sure his slumlord boss will make an exception if it means keeping the extraordinary abilities around for when necessary. |

Ambassador Awasdbkmlf
Analysis | I'm not a history major or even a history buff, but I often wonder about that war between the Space Force and the Slorgs. Again, forgive me for my ignorance, but do you ever recall two warring factions becoming so buddy-buddy in such a short amount of time after hostilities? Ambassador Awasdbkmlf is a big part of this in being that bridge between her people and the Space Force. Perhaps her posting at Solstice Satellite was a part of the cease-fire. She's a queen in her own rite and very close to Human affairs as an influential presence who not only keeps the Slorg eyes on things but has also participated in authoring some policy as well. I've got my own eyes on this since alliances are forming and strengthening all around the universe. The 'why' doesn't quite elude me because a major war is coming to the forefront, so this is expected behavior. But the 'why the Space Force' has me extremely curious about what this woman is planning or plotting to carry out for her faction. |

Analysis |
If dOOgie Wars was a video game and I was the main boss, the Weak Bozos would be the fighters who you would have to go through in order to get to me. People will try to pass judgment on their appearance and demeanor, but they really are some of the nicest people who I have ever met. |

I cannot wait to unleash these guys on somebody! Just not against any Crimson Red Belts until further notice as I find myself down to the last three of the Twelve Deadly Shokan because of them. Hey, it was not my strategy. The Shokan are now under new management, so dealing with Marileva, Acro, and Dyoogie is my personal responsibility. |

|
Opponent must be down to execute 2. |
|
3, 4, 5, and 8 not only keep the initiative but knock the opponent down. |
|
Falen receives an underestimation offensive bonus of 1d4 +1. |
Analysis |
Because of the Space Force's stupid severing of communications between the Quadron System and the Terran System, the Shokan have been unable to reach Falen. The standing orders which had been delivered by Father before he passed away were to eliminate Dyoogie. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get through to her for the purposes of rescinding those orders. The Weak Bozos could wind up being the final two of the Twelve Deadly Shokan unless she can withstand the onslaugt of a Crimson Red Belt long enough to survive a suicide mission. |

Intendant Xach
Affiliation |

Xach is a really good, honorable, and decent person, and they seem to gravitate toward and around Marileva. I can only hope that he gets removed from play so that I do not have to face him in my quest to challenge her. |
-
Cheapshot
Title |
Enforcers Leader 5 of 6 |
Analysis |
I'm receiving all kinds of conflicting reports on Cheapshot from my scouts. This person is definitely more than meets the eye, but I don't suspect any sort of transformation to occur. Is it possible to live life as a physical specter - a lie? Wouldn't one's daily reflection in the mirror become confused? Now, my life is a lie, but he seems to turn that negative into a positive by fully embracing the fabrication. Is there such a thing as a quadruple cross - possibly quintuple cross? I need to find out who owns his loyalty. |

Affiliation |
Vigil Force(s) |
Analysis |
Houser has always been a good role player, but sometimes I wonder if Marileva let him out of the nest a little bit prematurely. It should not be much of a concern to me though to warrant hesitation or underestimation because he knows when to ask for help and also when to accept help. |

-
Dash
Analysis |
Do you ever watch those movies where the government official is coming after you? Dash would win an award for his portrayal of the part. Should the person who penalizes you feel remorse? If they do not, I wonder if they should be the ones who penalize you. Is the government really supposed to be indistinguishable from a referee? |
-
Lug Nut
Analysis |
I have no idea how Lug Nut or Dash look themselves in the mirror each morning. Do the words 'civil liberties' mean anything to these two? Whenever the government thinks that it is smarter than the people there are going to be problems, but again, is that not the point of government? |
-

There are some things that I simply will not do or engage in. This lunatic is a disgrace, and should be tortured on sight for eons until the pain turns to pleasure, and then somebody should return the favor of his unforgiveable disfavor. |

Yi Saint Martin
Analysis |
Politics is lonely. Friends aren't friends, but enemies are everywhere, and everybody wants something. I wouldn't make a good politician because I just don't want to put up with that nonsense. I don't want to hold my tongue on, dance around, and play games with serious topics. Yi wouldn't make a good politician either because loyalty means something to him. He's fiercely loyal to Dominar Verasco for no reason other than his unwavering agreement with her mandate. If you've ever helped a political campaign during its grassroots pound-the-pavement stages of the ground game which seeks to maximize reach for messaging purposes and votes, you come across these people. They have faith in those talking points. They're somewhat blinded by their belief. Hope for the future translates into a dutiful servitude that lasts long after either a successful or failed campaign bid. These are the type of people that you have to watch out for. They take governance seriously. Tragedies often occur as a result because government is treated by them as an actual entity that's above its people when, in essence, governments are made up of our neighbors and peers. The ideal is seen as absolute when, to be honest, it's basically one side's opinion. And the Dominar knows this about her intendant. She banks on it and benefits from it, but I don't see her taking advantage of it. Again, politics is lonely, and she'll take all the friends she can get. I don't sense anything more between them than that, but in this context they're not just friends because a friendship like that is rare. |

Essentia
Analysis |
Is it just me, or is anybody else looking forward to this epic clash of the Enforcers? Of course, my money is on and invested in Chipshot's branch, but these new Enforcers are no joke. If Essentia is any indication of the power that Cheapshot's group brings to the table, those who are involved with this beef as well as those who might stumble into this clash will have their hands full. |
-
Haruspex
Analysis |
Awesome codename! But Haruspex is far from being all show, and even still, I doubt that Cheapshot is going to divulge the cards of a quite lethal hand. There are other ways to eliminate pesky Enforcers than head-to-head confrontation. Should Chipshot's crew survive, my expectation is that these four new Enforcers will be the last line of defense before the boss. |
-
Logjam
Analysis |
It's gotta be fun to just walk up in somebody else's home, boot the current tenants out, and take the thing over. I wonder if Logjam has any housing experience.. And that's not a snipe either. They've had to have done this before. Look how established they are! Honestly, I wish somebody would try to go and kick me and my family out of the Brael Moonbeam. And Chipshot's team isn't made of slouches. This new batch - these Enforcers are pros. |
-
Scoper
Analysis |
Hmm, Scoper - a specialist's specialist brought in especially to deal with Chipshot. Sniper versus Sniper. Break out the body armor with the gauntlet technology because walls, distance, and conditions aren't going to affect their shots! This could prove to be interesting. |

-
Chipshot
Title |
Enforcers Leader 3 of 6 |
Analysis |
Who is going to be the leader of the Enforcers? This is what Chipshot has set out to decide, and this is going to be an epic clash for the ages. He's taking on the Space Force, a Crimson Red Belt, an arch nemesis, and who knows what else in doing so. Well, I for one have his back in helping to decide this quarterback controversy. Not so green as what I had once believed him to be, this guy is a fighter, a survivor, and pretty good choice for leader. I doubt that the Space Force faltered during his selection, so I'm wondering what their ultimate angle is in all of this. You can only keep a person in the dark for so long before they put out your lights. |
-
MC
Analysis |
Enforcers leadership is like a third wheel. Can you even imagine if corporate bureacracy invaded a black ops organization? Their top tier is nothing more than middle management which is temporarily filling a void until Acro decides to make his triumphant return - probably just as disposable too. Sinister. |
-
Cindra Rondy
Analysis |

Enderbrook Boyd
Title |
Enforcers Leader 6 of 6 |
Analysis |
One of the more nobler Enforcers, Boyd's job is unenviable, but he is certainly the right person for it. The universe is truly small, so I wouldn't really write off any sort of broken allegiances just yet. |
-
K.A.T.
Analysis |
K.A.T.'s affiliation says Enforcers, but that really should be changed to some form of currency and a lot of it. How shallow, but we are all bred to chase money while those who told us that this was what we were supposed to be doing laugh all the way to the bank - having set the rules of a game that nobody is even old enough to have a chance of winning. |
-
K.I.T.
Analysis |
Based off of K.I.T.'s moniker, she should have known better. A shot up club and fire damage will pale in comparison to a ruined friendship. |
-
Tomb
Analysis |
What is it that causes a person to want to die for a principle? Is it the strength of the ideal or the fact that the person needs an excuse to commit suicide? |
-
Zortan
Analysis |
It is nice to see that the Enforcers spared no expense in bringing in the best and most competent to complement their Earth force. Zortan and Tomb both round out two very nice additions. |
-
E-Man
Analysis |
Fighting E-Man would actually be a fun test of my abilities. The matches are always more intense when killing your opponent is the rule and not the exception like it happens to be with amateur competition. |
-
Python
Analysis |
The only way to escape this type of work as an amateur was to begin providing the service as a professional. |
-
Recoil
Analysis |
At least Acro did not kill me. Sure, Recoil hides behind the law, but dispensing such unflinching justice to adult and child alike has got to eventually catch up to a person - if not by karma then by conscience. |
-
Omicron
Analysis |
Well, well, well - look who returned. I really have to wonder how far back Omicron has been an Enforcer. |
-
Autopsy
Analysis |
So, the cat is out of the bag. How long until Autopsy wishes that it was put back in? A guilty disposition is a terrible trait to have for black ops. |
-
Neckbone
Analysis |
Would you trade glamour for grit? Could you if you wanted to? Should you if you need to? |
-
Corinna Esposto
Analysis |
Am I the only person who finds it ironic that both Corinna and Jocelin rank higher on this thing than Mexico - their boss? Ouch. What does that say about management? No wonder the Enforcers took them in. Obviously, his information is valuable, but his intendants are useful because they're lethal. |
-
Jocelin Vanaller
Analysis |
But that does lead me to wonder. What do Corinna and Jocelin actually see in Mexico? Is it the money? The intrigue? Something else? Him being a professional snitch aside, I'm starting to believe that they see the same things in his shady hide that the Enforcers do. Well-placed loyalty. Think about that: A man who happens to only be loyal to a few could be said to be the greatest friend to that assorted few. |
-

Analysis |
Secrets have placed Karyn in an unenviable position, and suffice it to say that the secrets are not necessarily those of her or her man. |
- Lalia Champlin
Analysis |
I'm not sure if this has ever been done before within the Enforcers. I know that Acro and Acra Lin are both active in black ops and married. Briar One and Cindra Rondy are also both active and dating. For the most part, there either isn't time for love or a great many options available for mates who can deal with this treacherous line of work. Boyd literally swept Lalia off her feet, but she acts as his anchor in sanity. He makes enough that she no longer has to work. All she really has to do is be supportive, but that's a lot of work in itself. He's gone for months on end with no word and could easily be killed in the process, so I don't necessarily envy her resolve. It's basically worse than being a military spouse because the Enforcer doesn't even exist to begin with! But he's also become a bit of a monster - torn between duty and honor but vicious in many respects through and through. She's already his greatest ally, but she'll wind up being his conscience before this is all over as he continues to lose himself to the numbing work of a specialist. For that, I can hardly pity her because she has been placed upon the highest pedestal in his eye, and he has put a premium amount of guile into ensuring her protection which makes her extremely dangerous by default. |

Super Black
Analysis |
If a person ever thought that the inhabitants of Earth could not get it together, Super 7 is a testament to the entire planet. Super Black seemingly represents an end to the United States' unilateralism. Getting stomped by a bigger dog (the Space Force) has a way of doing that to a country. |
-
Super Red
Analysis |
Sometimes, a country really just wants in to the international community even though the words of their leadership and the actions of those visions don't represent it. Super Red continues to show that Iran's contribution can be as valid as any, but again, protection is at the root of what's driving this cooperation. There's a much different vantage point when the threat comes from outside the atmosphere, but the willingness to avert said danger always remains the same. |
-
Super Yellow
Analysis |
Posturing is always fake because if it were real, actions would have been taken instead of so much sensationalism. Super Yellow put Venezuela's actions where its mouth was, and their position happens to be nothing short of admirable. When a planet needs to come together, the countries who are willing to step up to the task and put differences aside are the ones who are truly worthy of praise. Honestly, when an alien threat is looming, who cares about capitalism or socialism? |
-
Super Blue
Analysis |
I've always admired Russia for the ideological competition that they provided, so I wasn't surprised to see Super Blue joining the mix for Super 7. Her country and the United States honestly remind me of the Slorgs and the Space Force sometimes, and the fact of the matter is that each of these respective nations or factions work better together in tandem than separated. |
-
Super Orange
Analysis |
The export of Super Orange from China to Super 7 is among one of the greatest products that the country has ever produced. World peril will do that for a country, and their financial interests were in jeopardy because of it. The alien invasion might be of a personal nature to the New Alliance, but China's participation in the seven nations nonproliferation treaty is nothing but business. |
-
Super Purple
Analysis |
The United Kingdom is always in the mix of everything on Earth, so seeing Super Purple's participation was in no way surprising. At the end of the day though, her country doesn't even know about her involvement. Oh, the paparazzi are still scuffling for a scoop, but they'll never learn anything because the level at which Super 7 was commissioned far exceeds the parliament, prime minister, and the queen. |
-
Super Green
Analysis |
Super Green hails from South Africa, and although I've given a brief tidbit about each of her counterparts, I'm left wondering if Super 7 will ever take a more proactive role in saving Earth with their cognitive faculties intact and physical abilities restored. Behind the cybernetics, these are still people who probably have families and had lives before giving the penultimate sacrifices to their countries and world. It would only be fitting if they could regain a measure of the humanity that they lost. |

Dominar Kendra Verasco
Analysis |
Forming a matriarchal society was something that the Slorg Queen had already done, eons ago, when the universe was first being formed a second time (and yes, that was written correctly), so that's kinda played out. Leaning on an outside faction for hidden and/or masked political backing is apparently not. Now, think about this: Galaxy Bloc seceded away from the Space Force because of stark differences in ideology, but in order for her to maintain control of her grip over the unincorporated planets, she may just need to hop back in bed with them. See, I love deciphering this type of stuff. The Dominar is facing a huge threat to her reign and the likelihood of winning a successive term, mass defection away from her overall hand in influence because of widespread poverty and hardship, and stiff competition by the momentum of a resurgent Mordo out of Venimus 3. But here's the kicker: Is he already on their payroll? And if not, where'd he get all that backing? She's got some serious decisions to make...and quick - in searching her heart for not only important answers but the muddied guidance to move forward. |
-
Mordo
Analysis |
Ah, the council giveth, and the council will attempt to taketh away. Growing up with the Space Force being a military monarchy reminiscent of a decades-prolonged institution of martial law, I've been spared the garbage of political parties who don't care about anything other than staying in power. The election between Dominar Kendra Verasco and Council Member Mordo is going to decide much more than the fate of Galaxy Bloc's leadership. Times are very hard on the unincorporated planets and rather than sticking together, they appear to be breaking apart, so people like Mordo are rising to prominence when vocally disparaging the current leadership of Dominar Verasco for political gain. His rise in momentum happens to be a bit unprecedented but matches his rise in infamy and directly correlates to his staggering increase in funding - the hidden source(s) of which should be a cause of concern for anybody following this campaign. The stakes are a once unfathomable foothold in the backyard of the Humans, and I'm finding it difficult to think of any shortage of factions who might not want to drop some chips into the pot...from either side of the lottery. But who does he answer to? Who pulls his strings? And what is their political leaning? This promises to be bloody, and I'm not talking about the stupid and tacky political adds that only people who shouldn't be voting take seriously. |

Braida Vanth
Affiliation |
United States |
Analysis |
The old metaphor is that what's in front the curtain is often a facade, but what's behind the United States' curtain is really actually a whole lot scarier than one would imagine. It's unclear as to how many administrations Braida has had control over, but it's very clear that her name never once appeared on a ballot of selectable candidates. She possesses an unprecedented amount of power which is not subject to any checks and balances or the scrutiny that her various figureheads (sarcastically) enjoy. And yet, this is the person that I'd want in control of a nation like that - especially with the impending war on the horizon. Imagine having to get its congress to coalesce around a unified plan of action that didn't involve hate. That particular tact only works against lesser nations that aren't capable of defending themselves against the superpower. The New Alliance won't be afraid of a country, the Seven Nations, or the rest of Earth; and she knows it - preparing for the worst behind the scenes where plans can be put into effect in peace. The other impressive part to her is the network which isn't tied to just the planet and actually stretches across the universe. She's not quite at the level of heading up a faction, but she's certainly on the short list - as far as I'm concerned. |

Analysis |
Big bank ticks little bank off. Ref looks at his positioning - whether influential, financial, or powerful (this list) and equates it with a drive to go places. His upward hustle is ambitious, but I sincerely doubt that the main business factors have anything to do with the diversification of a portfolio. I'm a little bit confused on his motivation, so if I didn't know any better, I would say that he's making a play for the public sector. |

6 only works when an opponent is beaten two out of three rounds. Instead of doing a finisher, call for Body Snatcher. El Muerto will possess his beaten opponent, gaining all of their skills plus his own - including hit points! The next opponent will have a tough time because he, she, or it must defeat the possessed person's body and El Muerto in round one, and then El Muerto must be defeated again for best two out of three! |
|
7 can last for 1d4 turns in which opponent must roll 1d6, a confusion roll, against El Muerto to choose the right partner to attack. |

El Muerto reminds me of a Rond but much more supernatural and uncanny. |

Hasumati Kolby
Analysis |
Hasumati's got skeletons in his closet that would make Trellix Institute proud. Now, thanks to the Dyoogie Gang, he's got powerful allies with which to be able to call in to help deal with some of that, but he's also too modest to sadle them with his burden. However, it has to give him a measure of confidence that this powerful new affiliation would have his back in the event that something were to go wrong. And that's the operative phrase: In the event.... Confidence and support are wonderful things. The silent assassin probably won't even need his friends because I doubt he'll be making the same mistakes this time around, and those against a reinvigorated 'him' should be worried - nervous about the retaliation. That's why you should always get the job done the first time around - as he will happily (read: vehemently) show them. |

Burdlit is a friend of convenience - there when needed but harboring ulterior motives for that support. I can't really fault him though because we each have goals to achieve. The trick is to not allow the wide-eyed ambitions to get the best of us while bringing out the worst in us. |
-
General Lise Canoy
Analysis |
We often turn our noses up at the stench of tribalism as made popular by gangs and terrorists, but isn't it the same with government? The Galaxy Bloc flag happens to be General Canoy's 'colors', and those who go against the whim of the unincorporated planets are said to have committed crimes which are punishable by death. Governments just happen to be larger than games and more established than terrorists, but the mentality is the same, and this is what makes her dangerous. She believes in the cause and believes that her actions will bring about the safety and furtherance of that ideal. In many respects, I admire the General's plight since it's the plight of the discarded people who are really only trying to survive. This makes her intense, loyal to the authority, and a perpetual thorn in Boyd's side which will not be so easily plucked out. He'd be wise to not overlook her when turning his sights to the even more dangerous Janette and Burdlit because the Enforcer might not make it to that level with a fatal stumble of underestimation. |

|
5 cannot be dodged when used in conjunction with 2 or 3. 1d6 must be beaten by opponent in order for it not to be used, and this move lasts until Olney reaches or falls below 75 hit points. |
|
Olney can render any third-party assailant (100 hit points) like the NSF Satellite Weapon, a ship, etc. inoperable for the match and one other by substituting 1d10 for any damage-wielding move if attacked. |
|
Due to Olney's cocky nature, a 3d6 deduction in hit points may be assessed and added to his opponent's hit points although every successful hit yields a +3 hit bonus. |
Analysis |
In building a coalition, Olney can be an integral piece to that, or he can be an insufferable nuisance. Sometimes, money is not the biggest motivator. |

Analysis |
On one hand, I kinda understand Sister Matron. I fu--in' hate my disowned sister, Erica, too. On the other hand, I don't quite understand how she can treat her own sister, Domina, the way she does. I've been on both sides of this argument and continue to choose restraint over lashing out. Violent sibling rivalries are not easy on either party, but I do believe that the aggressor needs to step down - play the humble role because it will never end unless the target capitulates. And that ain't happenin' in the superheroine's case, so the cycle continues. I've got problems of my own from that front as I find myself being that aggressor, so I'm not the best judge of character here. There's now way that this terrorist could've been as wronged as I was, but there I go again justifying my own faults. At the behest of the benefit of doubt, this ideological divide is bound to divide not just sisters but men and women as well. |

|
Stanislaw loses 1d6 hit points per execution of 4, 6, and 9. |

Captain Love Borcuk
Analysis |
If you'll notice, Space Force captains aren't really making it to voluntary retirement these days. It's a treacherous position which has seen many of the more prominent ones having been killed in the line of duty. These reasons make Captain Love Borcuk's longevity that much more impressive. Keep in mind that she's been an integral part of the Space Force's war with the Slorgs as SpaceStation Konxerus was used for surgical, special operations even back then. Now, it seems like the Enforcers program, which was in beta test back within those Trenches of Kalos 7, is now a bit more formalized. I still don't believe that the Captain is completely in the know about the free transport and muscle pass that her ship affords the black ops unit, but I'm sure that she can guess. This captain plays her role within the Space Force, generally likes the position, and is more prepared for what's to come because of it. Make no mistake that her stature is elevated - earned but also deserved. |

Captain Aadil Koppale
Analysis |
And then there are people like Captain Aadil Koppale who lead me to believe that there's hope for the universe. Some just tire of the incessant squabbles, the racism, and the neverending degradation from a conflict-laden life. Whether these people make up a silent majority or are flailing away aimlessly in the funk of a powerless minority remains to be seen. The Carriveaua are making a warmonger's leap to try and push the buttons of the Space Force, and I can actually see a slim window for their success with the megapower's vast preoccupation concernng other immediately important matters, but that faction could be crushed in the sleep of any of the big four (Space Force, Doran Aristocracy/New Alliance, Slorgs, Pillorian Regime), so even if they do best the faction of the Humans - will there be enough of them left to not be stepped on and smeared into the ground by any of the others? This universal game of power is something that they've wanted in on for so long, but each megapower paid a cost to sit at that table. I'm not so sure that the Carriveaua can afford it, and the Captain shares my opinion. But everybody has one (or sometimes multiples) of those. What he needs to go along with that is influence. |

This soldier is just badas-. There is really nothing more that I can say. |

Uraine Roswell
Analysis |
Uraine reminds me of a writer - no, not our writer. Just writers in general or, perhaps, particular. He deeply immerses himself in his work, and now it's very difficult to pull him out of it. For him, it's also probably now debatable which realm actually represents a greater reality. I'm sure that's true of many occupations but rare when that comes to a hobby. Most people who I know that do that normally find a greater sense of well-being within an alternative realm. I wonder what he's seeking. Is it knowledge? Is it just an escape? Something else? It's something to keep my eye on. |

Komst Aumann
Class |
Government Specialist |
Analysis |
As I find myself looking into prenatal care - yes, me worrying about Lamaze classes; I'm becoming greatly more conscientious when it comes to the various scientific minds that do this stuff. This is kinda an emotional time right now for my family, and I'll be honest - I'd kill Komst if he so much as even thought about touching Sylvia. Luckily, he resides in another imprint, so it's doubtful that we'd ever cross paths. But with some people, there's such a thing as good and evil not registering. Now, really nobody on this list believes in any other definition outside of the one that Terry Terrison once espoused where the difference between good and evil happens to be merely a difference in opinion, but this guy appears to share an 'indifference' of opinion. He seems completely devoid of empathy and totally oblivious to the harm that he's causing in his selected scientific trade. I mean I know guys that I don't like (Acro) who are one hundred percent aware of the damage that they do, but with this guy, nothing's registering. This doesn't mean that he's by any means incompetent, but buyer beware.... He's been given a platform and has the wherewithal (read: intent) to use it. |

Alvaro Bigwood
Class |
Government Specialist |
Analysis |
It's hard to see your little girl growing up, but in this case, Janette is not Alvaro's daughter, and she's a grown woman - no longer a student of his either. It hurts when you're no longer relevant to the cause and the student can now teach the class. In this case, the cause is of Galaxy Bloc survival, and desperation is settling in across the unincorporated planets for that to be accomplished. Lucky for him, his former student may have just cracked the scientific secrets of the Deew which could potentially alleviate if not solve all of their society's hardships. Obviously, that find would be held up for the highest bidder or most cutthroat negotiator and power broker who happens to be willing to do away with that process altogether, and they may lean on the former mentor in order to obtain the whereabouts of what might become a former, betrayed mentee. |

Arsonok
Affiliation |
The Congregation |
Analysis |
What can I say: Arsonok loves fire. That's his thing. Perhaps, wielding it gets him closer to the elements or something. Normally, I come all profound on these, but we know what's going to happen. He's going to fall in with the really wrong crowd like the rest of his lunatc counterparts and try to take Domina down as a collective. Good luck with that. I'm really just curious to know how well he fares on the barbeque. |
-
Vade
Affiliation |
The Congregation |
Analysis |
One too many movies, I'd say. Vade does have a pretty sweet sword though. I wouldn't mind testing its energy blade up against my He-- Sword. I've got to get stronger with that, and netting full-contact practice at the expense of some criminal who nobody would miss might be just the thing that I need. I'm not the first person to consider exploiting his talents though. And money talks, but it doesn't tell a person everything - certainly not the whole story behind this lucrative job offer that was just extended to him. It also wouldn't be the first time that an employer considered their employee expendable in trying to expand their own interests. |
-
Gutspill
Affiliation |
The Congregation |
Analysis |
Gutspill is the stark result of way too many video games. Kids, get off the couch. I know, I loved video games too when growing up and still return to play from time to time, but seriously, get...off...the...couch. You hardcore gamers are starting to make the rest of us *real* gamers look bad. I've known people who named their children after video games, but this guy takes all the cake and tries to eat it too. I'm surprised that Domina hasn't collared this loser by now, but she does have her hands full right now. The superheroine had better watch out for when he decides to actually go co-op with his psychotic game play. |

2 and 6 allow for kept initiative if successful. |
|
9 can be reflected if deflected. |
|
Due to Tunnel Diode's uncanny nature, an intimidation bonus of 1d12 is deducted from an opponent's hit points and added to his own. |
|
Due to fatigue, the successive, successful use of 5 allows an opponent an additional 1d6 roll up to 3d6 in order to defeat it, and then the reverse is true until the graduated advantage goes back to 1d6. Example: First use is 1d6 versus 1d6; second use is 1d6 versus 2d6; third use is 1d6 versus 3d6; fourth use is 1d6 versus 2d6, and fifth use is 1d6 versus 1d6. |
Analysis |
Dyoogie does have a point about Tunnel Diode. All of the Ethereals on this list have the ability to dematerialize, dissipate, and rematerialize - otherwise teleport, like this guy. You don't see any of them using a shotgun to go along with that. It just isn't done. Take the hint dude and step your game up! |

Dirk Combo
Analysis |
Dirk is the kind of bartender to watch you get shot in the head, wait for you to be removed from the premises, and then wipe the bar top clean so that it will be available for the next patron. Hey, he has to make up that tab and tip somehow, and there is no use crying over spilled blood. |

Don't you just love a good origin story? I expect this kid to grow up incredibly screwed up. Nurture just wasn't there, so there's no telling what's in his nature. I'd take him under my wing if I was close-by because I feel for him. |

-
Sanjuana Woody
Analysis |
I appreciate Sanjuana's loyalty, but he is so uninventive. It is at the point where I cannot even sacrifice him without a big production of pleading, gushy drama being made out of it. Father had wanted everybody to be so subservient, fawning, and mindless, but I plan on bringing a different flavor to the Shokan. There will always be a place for generals of his type though, and yes, I handed out those two losses. |

Vim Cobolgove

Second Earth Special Police Force |
Analysis |
Sylvia often has expressed a soft spot for her (former) naive Police Force partner. The universe that Vim claims to want to protect is vicious, so I have considered extending Shokan security to him for the purposes of keeping some of those harsher elements at bay so that they cannot impede his fragile development. |
-
Tia Cartin
Analysis |
Strength of spirit and the overall will to live are two things which happen to be very often overlooked when engaging in the discussion about power. Though Tia's in dire straits, she's net the amazing ability to have her plight be an inspiration to others rather than the defeatist tact of having people feel sorry for her. If a child could warm a dead heart, this would be the person since life dealt some disease-ridden cards and she is prolonging her situation by the loophole of not playing any of those cards until the house gets tired and forfeits. That's all completely figurative, but in causing somebody to care about you, you do become a liability to them - especially if they have powerful enemies who don't mind killing kids to get at, back at, or to them. But then again, this could also backfire as the ultimate sense of motivation to prevent or protect against such a scary yet cowardly threat. |

-
Farrah Crispell
Analysis | Are you sure that you want to be a part of this Boyd family? I give her props for pulling a much younger man in Encsurfra and having a child by him. It was probably made all the more sweeter when she succeeded in winning Enas' case. Although, Boyd had a lot to do with that, it shouldn't be overlooked that one slip on the Enforcer's part could cause this fairytale of a life to come crumbling down. |
-
Encsurfra Boyd
Analysis | I find Enas to be overtly responsible for the bind that Boyd finds himself in, but Encsurfra seems to be covertly responsible. He got a chance to live his live and do the things that he wanted to do, but his little brother was not afforded the same chance. Is this the result of ducking familial responsibility as the elder sibling or the dutiful state of the younger sibling unselfishly stepping up to take over the role? I've seen history repeat itself across the course of numerous families and even generations where this pattern just seems to continue. He's got to watch in his rearview mirror for the inevitable regret coming from his brother. Sacrifices were made and sacrifices were not exactly acknowledged. Sure the Enforcer can't just bring them up, and to do so would be pitiful and stupid as they're top secret, but how could you not know - you know? We can say something about blazing the trail, but something should at least be mentioned of the mess which was left to be cleaned up in the wake. |
-
Enas Yorl
Analysis | Enas' entry into why Boyd's biography turned out the way that it did seems mighty peculiar. What's not peculiar is her penchant for incredible rage. I can't pass judgment here because I'm not sure what I'd even do in the same situation of somebody cheating on me. At the same time, I kinda admire the tact. But family members need to know that their behavior in having others trailing them back and forth to court puts an unneccessary drain on the other family members. It's selfishness, pure and simple. If she really knew what her actions caused her little brother to have to give up in order to save her, maybe she'd have thought twice about exploding into those. |
-
Tauzin Yorl
Analysis | It takes a cold dude to press charges on the wife that he cheated on after she found out, snapped, and basically retaliated by raping his mistress. I'm not quite sure what to make of this one. I just know that I refuse to put my Sylvia anywhere near this position. |

|
One turn must be given up in order to contact the Seven Nations for permission to use 8. If blocked, the NSF Satellite Weapon will be rendered inoperable due to red tape for the remainder of Nicolasa's tournament life. |
|
Since Otto is constantly in contact with Nicolasa, moves intended to trick are useless. |
|
The NSF Satellite Weapon can fire on ships doing 2d10, but killing an opponent while aboard will result in a 10 hit point deduction for Nicolasa's next match because the ship and its technology are to be commandeered. |
Analysis |
Nicolasa reminds me of the boss at work who will sacrifice you to save himself and yet still believes that his opinion actually even matters in the universal scheme of things. Loyalty works both ways as does at will employment. |

If only Professor Geordie Devanski knew what he'd inspired.... Yes teachers, some students do listen, and others actually implement that knowledge. His student and extended mentee, Juric, created Domina after all! The picking of his brain seems to have lead to some incredible advances in nanotechnology which are unfortunately held in high confidence. It's a shame that the professor is not apt to follow through on his own theories, but I'm glad that he doesn't - because then, he'd become a target. |

Mrs. Cobolgove
Analysis |
I was bred for this treacherous lifestyle. My mother is a queen within the Doran Aristocracy. My father was the leader of the Shokan prior to my ascendance to the post. My adoptive parents were legendary heroes of a forgotten universe. My former martial arts teacher is a Crimson Red Belt. The action-packed life was pretty well fated for me. It came as no surprise to either myself or those who care about me, so they worry less as the pathway happened to be clear and extensive preparation was a part of my instilled acumen to deal with and withstand the dangers. I can't imagine what Mrs Cobolgove goes through every morning her son, Vim, walks out that door as a Police Force Officer. I know she's proud, but I bet she'd want him to take up a more cushy, corporate position. |
